OIL COOLER, CORE, AND OIL FILTER ADAPTER REPLACEMENT (CONT)
4.
INSTALL TWO NEW SEAL RINGS (6) IN OIL FILTER ADAPTER (2).
CAUTION
Make sure all old gasket material is removed from core and oil cooler mating
surfaces. Failure to do so could damage engine.
5.
INSTALL NEW GASKET (7) ON CORE (8).
6.
INSTALL CORE (8) IN OIL COOLER (4).
CAUTION
Make sure seal rings are not dislodged when installing oil cooler on oil filter
adapter. Failure to do so could damage engine.
7.
INSTALL OIL COOLER (4) ON OIL FILTER ADAPTER (2).
