(8) Install inner frame (25) in lower container
(15) with 24 new lockwashers (26) and
nuts (27).
(9) Install inner frame (28) with four screws
(29) and new lockwashers (30).
(10) Install seal (31) on lower container (15).
Change 1 29-7 (29-8 blank)
