Disassembly
(1) Install transmission holding fixture (1) on
engine stand (2) with four screws (3).
(2) Install two adapters (4) on rear transfer
case housing (5) with four screws (6).
WARNING
Transfer case weighs 965 lb (438 kg).
Stay clear of transfer case when
supported by lifting device. Transfer
case may fall and cause serious
injury to personnel.
(3)
Install two adapters (4) on transmission
holding fixture (1) with four screws (7).
(4)
Deleted.
