STEERING REDUCTION
GEAR TEST
(1)
Observe output shaft of steering
reduction gear while assistant turns
the steering wheel left and right
(2)
Remove jackstands from axle no. 1
and axle no. 4 (para 12-5).
Check rear steering gear for damage, and
for loose or missing mounting hardware
Check pitman arm and drag link at no 4 axle for damage
and for loose or missing mounting hardware.
Change 1 2-915
