TM 9-2320-360-20-1 2-13.  INTRODUCTION TO LOGIC TREE TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT) (h) Help  Menu  Commands.    The  commands  in  this  section  allow  the  user  to  access  the  on-line  help topics. 1. Contents. This section lists the Help items that are available to the operator from this program.  These items may be selected directly from this list or from the Help Menu Commands window. 2. Commands. This section allows the operator to access descriptions of the commands found in this program.  When the operator selects one of the menu selections listed below, the screen will display descriptions for the commands found under that menu.  For instructions on how to use the commands, the operator should go back to the Main Help Menu and select "PROCEDURES". 3. Procedures. This menu allows the user to select the procedures to perform various tasks within the J1708 User Interface program. 4. Using Help. If you are new to Help, choose Help Basics.  Use the scroll bar  to view information not visible in the Help window.  Click on the underlined topic you want to view, or press tab to select a topic, and then press ENTER. 5. About.
