HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
1.
Slide heater core (7) into heater/AC unit housing (8).
2.
Connect two coolant hoses (5) to heater core (7) and tighten hose clamps (6).
3.
Remove all traces of caulk from front panel (1) and heater/AC unit housing and apply new caulk.
4.
Install front panel (1) with five screws (2).
5.
Connect fresh/recirculate air control cable (3) to side of front panel (1).
6.
Fill cooling system (WP 0023 00).
7.
Check operation of heater (TM 9-2320-312-10). Check for leaks.
8.
Close heater/AC unit access door (4).
