RADIATOR HOSES REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL - CONTINUED
2.
If damaged, remove adapter (2) from radiator (1).
3.
At other end of coolant filter return hose (3), remove hose from adapter (7).
4.
If damaged, remove adapter (7) from tee (8).
5.
Remove four spring clamps (4), two upper radiator hoses (5), and tube (6) from between radiator (1) and thermostat
housing (9).

NOTE
Perform step 6 to remove each of two clamps at left side of fan shroud.
6.
Remove nut (10), screw (11), and clamp (12) holding radiator hose (14) to fan shroud (13).
7.
Remove hose clamp (15) and disconnect radiator hose (14) from radiator (1).
