(41) Apply hydraulic oil to preformed
packing (8).
(42) Install preformed packing (8) and
plug (9) on hydraulic manifold (3).
Tighten to 30 lb-ft. (41 NSm).
(43) Apply hydraulic oil to two preformed
packings (4).
(44) Install two preformed packings (4) and
plugs (5) on hydraulic manifold (3).
Tighten to 8 lb-ft. (11 NSm).
(45) Apply hydraulic oil to preformed
packing (10).
(46) Install preformed packing (10) and
plug (11) on hydraulic manifold (3).
Tighten to 5 lb-ft. (7 NSm).
(47) Apply hydraulic oil to preformed
packings (35 and 36).
(48) Install preformed packings (35 and 36) and switch (37) on hydraulic manifold (3). Tighten to
20 lb-ft. (27 NSm).
(49) Install hydraulic manifold (3) on left and right LHS main manifold bracket assembly (38) with
eight lockwashers (39) and screws (40).
WARNING
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful vapors
and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away from open fire
and use in a well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing compound gets on skin or
clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
(50) Coat threads of screws (45) with sealing
compound.
(51) Install two spacers (42), washers (43),
lockwashers (44), and screws (45) on
LHS main manifold bracket
assembly (38). Tighten to 13 lb-ft.
(17 NSm).
(52) Install LHS main junction box (46) on
bracket (38) with four locknuts (47) and
screws (48). Tighten to 21 lb-in.
(3 NSm).
(53) Install junction box cover (49) on LHS
main junction box (46) and tighten
screws (50).
