WARNING
Refrigerant R-134a air conditioning systems should not be pressure tested or leak tested with compressed
air. Combustible mixtures of air and R-134a may form, resulting in a fire or explosion, which could cause
personnel injury or death.
10.
Leak test air conditioner system (WP 0218 00).
11.
Wipe expansion valve (3) and refrigerant line (7) connections clean. Wrap line connections with insulation tape.
12.
Wrap expansion valve (3) with strip caulk.
13.
Install cover (5) and four screws (6).
