Using windshield pick, go all the way around between
each windshield glass (1) and seal (3) to make sure
3
seal is properly seated.

12.
Install two cords in outside groove in seal (3) and leave safety loops in center.
13.
Using soap and water solution, lubricate cord channel of seal (3).

14.
Wet mounting flange of cab (4) with clear water.
15.
Place windshield glass (1) assembly into windshield opening of cab (4).
16.
With assistant pushing lightly on bottom center of windshield glass (1) assembly, pull one end of lower cord around cor-
ner of windshield glass assembly; go to other side and pull lower cord around other corner of windshield glass assembly.
Have assistant push lightly at top center of windshield assembly. Repeat for top cord.
NOTE
If cord binds or starts to tear seal, use safety loop at center and pull back toward point where cord is
bound.
If safety loop is not needed, it will pull out when cord is pulled to seat final portion of seal.
