Push contact into grommet until a positive stop is felt (Figure 15). A slight tug will confirm that it is prop-
erly locked into place (Figure 16).

Removal. The appropriate size removal tool should be used when removing cables from connectors. The proper
removal tool size is listed in Table 1.

With rear insert toward you, snap appropriate size removal tool over cable of contact to be removed (Fig-
ure 17).
