a. Check for looseness or side play

in front and rear drivelines.

joints. Check for bends, cracks,

and missing weights. Make

screw torque is 33-38 lb-ft (44-

52 Nm).

c. Inspect for loose or worn bear-

ings, damaged seals, and dam-

aged or missing grease fittings.

lubricate five grease fittings

(20) at each driveline with

grease until purging takes place

at air hole in the end of the slip

yoke. Cover pressure relief hole

while lubricating.
