Not Fully Mission Capable  If: Turbocharger  rat- tling noise is evi- dent. Unusual Vehicle Noises Listen for unusual noises in the cab, body, wheels, powertrain and  attachments.  Excessive noise  may  indicate  looseness, defects or lack of lubricants in the areas.
