b. Place boom in position illustrated and engage backhoe boom latch (1).
Stop engine.
NOTE
Use threaded plug in tube. Failure to do so will result in spilled hydraulic oil.
Remove hose (2) from cylinder end of boom cylinder (3). Disconnect

tube (4) from fitting (5) and install threaded plug.
d. Start engine. Set engine RPM switch to HI.
