WIRE TERMINALS AND CONNECTORS REPLACEMENT
TERMINAL-TYPE WIRE CONNECTOR
1.
Strip wire insulation equal to depth of terminal well.
2.
Slide insulator over wire.
Insert wire into terminal well, and crimp.
3.

Slide insulator over crimped end of terminal.
MALE WIRE CONNECTOR
1.
Strip wire insulation equal to depth of ferrule well.
2.
Slide shell over wire.
Insert wire into terminal well, and crimp.
3.
Place C-washer over wire at crimped junction and slide shell over C-washer and terminal.
