Task
By means of automatic metering, the pump injects
antifreeze into the flow of air from the compressor,
thereby preventing icing in the entire system.
Function
During the cut-out phase of the pressure regulator,
a corresponding amount of antifreeze is supplied.
When the pressure regulator (2.1) switches over to
the delivery position, antifreeze is injected into the
brake system via the non-return valve (7).
