SEC CODE

Highest Sensitivity (Category I) Nonnuclear missiles and rockets in a

"ready to fire" configuration (e. g., Hamlet, Redeye, Stinger, Dragon, LAW,

VIPER) and explosive rounds for nonnuclear missiles and rockets. This

category also applies in situations where the launcher (tube) and explosive

rounds, [bough not in a "ready to fire" configuration, are jointly stored or

transported.

High Sensitivity (Category II) Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives.

Moderate Sensitivity (Category III) Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives.

Low Sensitivity (Category IV) Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives.

Highest Sensitivity (Category I) Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives with

a physical security classification of SECRET.*

Highest Sensitivity (Category I) Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives with

a physical security classification of CONFIDENTIAL. *

High Sensitivity (Category 11) Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives with

a physical security classification of CONFIDENTIAL. *

Vehicular equipment and parts

Pilferable item, due to its size, shape, and utility, which does not fall under

one of the above categories. Pilferage controls may be designated by the

coding activity to items coded U (unclassified) by recoding the items to J.

Activity) for explanation of abbreviations used in this column.

QTY AUTH (Column f). The quantity authorized to be on hand, or part of the end item.

* Items coded 5, 6, or 8 will be stored and transported in accordance with the provisions of

DOD 5100.76-M or DOD 5200.1-R, whichever is more stringent.
