BACKHOE BUCKET CYLINDER ASSEMBLY REPAIR.
12.
Install setscrew (9) in actuating cylinder (10).
13.
Install two lubrication fittings (19) in actuating cylinder (10) and piston rod (20).
NOTE
Steps 14 through 16 apply only to loader backhoes with serial numbers 235786-
235999.
14.
Install two return tubes (2) and new preformed packings (1) in actuating cylinder (10).
15.
Install two adapters (7) and new preformed packings (8) in actuating cylinder (10).
16.
Install two nuts (3), compression sleeves (4), washers (5), and new preformed packings (6) on adapters (7).
17.
Remove actuating cylinder (10) with assembled parts from vise.
