set sleeves (3),

CAUTION
Tool retainer must be tightened properly or parts may be damaged during operation.
15.
Tool retainer (2)
a.
Screw in until snug.
b.
Using machinist’s scriber, matchmark
housing (6) and retainer (2).
c.
Using 6-inch machinist’s steel rule,
3/4-inch brass-tipped drift-pin, and
3-pound head cross-peen hammer,
tighten at least 5/8-inch past snug.
If tool retainer loosens repeatedly
during use, tighten more than
518-inch.
