cotter pins. For loader backhoes that are equipped with retaining rings, skip steps 1 and 2.

Using multiple tongue and groove slip-
two special
joint pliers, straighten ends.

Using 3-pound head cross-peen
hammer and 1/4-inch straight drive-pin
punch, drive out.
c.
Get rid of.
