Uncap connector (7). connector (1) b. Unplug. c. Take off tag. d. Screw on and tighten using 1-inch and 1 1/4-inch open-end wrenches. 26. Elbow (3) Oil line (4) Using 1-inch and 1 1/16-inch open-end wrenches, tighten. 27. Tee (5) Two hoses a. Uncap hose (1 or 9) if removed for (6 and 7) access. b. Take off tags. c. Screw in and tighten using 7/8-inch and 1-inch open-end wrenches. NOTE If installing loader control valve-to-right loader bucket cylinder oil line, skip steps 28 thru 30. 28. Left side Four hoses (9, 10, Place in same relative position noted frame (8) 11.and 12), clamp during removal. (13), and spacer (14) 29. Left side frame Screw (15) and new Screw in and tighten using 9/16-inch, (1), clamp (13), lockwasher (16) 3/8-inch drive socket and ratchet and spacer (14) handle. 30. Four hoses (9, 10, Take off tags. 11, and 12) 31. Adapter (17) New packing (18) Place in position. 32. Loader bucket Adapter (17) a. Unplug cylinder (19). cylinder (19) b. Screw in and tighten using 1-inch 33. Adapter (17) Oil line (20) a. Take off tag. b. Screw in and tighten using 7/8-inch open-end wrench. 34. Loader bucket Two clamps a. Place in same relative position noted cylinder (19), and (22 and 23) during removal. two oil lines b. Using 1/4-inch flat-tip screwdriver, (20 and 21) tighten. 2-1676
