New packing (3)
Place in position.

Boom cylinder (4)
Union adapter (2)

Unplug cylinder (4).
with assembled

Screw on and tighten using 1 114 inch
packing (3)
open-end wrench.

Union adapter (2)
Hose (1)
a.
Take off tag.
b.
Screw in and tighten using 7/8-inch
and 1-inch open-end wrenches.

Union adapter (5)
Nut (6)
Screw on all the way.

New packing (7)
Place in position.

Manifold block (8)

Unplug manifold block (8).

Screw in and tighten to same relative
position noted during removal using
16-inch open-end wrench.
