Pivot shaft (1) Two rings (3) a. Place mounting frame (2) in and mounting machinist’s vise. frame (2) b. Using snapring pliers, take off. 9. Mounting frame (2), Pivot shaft (1) Using 1-pound head ball-peen hammer and pivot block (4), 1/4-inch straight drive-pin punch, tap and three off. washers (5) 10. Mounting frame (2) Pivot block (4) with a. Take out. assembled parts and b. Take mounting frame (2) out of three washers (5) machinist’s vise. 11. Handle mount (6) Cotter pin (8) a. Using long roundnose pliers, and pivot pin (7) straighten ends and take out. b. Get rid of. 12. Handle mount (6) Pivot pin (7) Take out. and pivot block (4) 13. Handle mount (6) Pivot block (4) with Take off. assembled parts 14. Handle mount (6) Spring pin (10) a. Place handle mount (6) in machinist’s and universal vise. block (9) b. Using 1-pound head ball-peen hammer and 1/4-inch straight drive-pin punch, tap off. 15. Handle mount (6) Universal block (9) a. Take off. with assembled parts b. Take handle mount (6) out of machinist’s vise. 16. Connector link(11) Spring pin (12) a. Place connector link (11) in and universal machinist’s vise. block (9) b. Using 1-pound head ball-peen hammer and 1/4-inch straight drive-pin punch, tap out. 2-1304
