Screw on all the way.

Place in position.

Remove tag.
with assembled parts

Uncap cylinder (1).
c.
Screw in and tighten to same relative
position noted during removal using
open-end wrench.
14.
Cylinder (1) and
Nut (5)
Using open-end wrench, tighten until
hose elbow (2)
seated against cylinder (4).
15.
Hose elbow (2)
Hose (4)
Screw on and tighten using open-end
wrench.
16.
Adjustable tee (6)
Hose (4)

Uncap tee (6).
b.
Screw in and tighten using open-end
wrench.
