Repair (page 12-64) or replace (TM5-2410-237-20) winch gear pump.
Repair winch assembly (page 12-7).
Step 3.
Repair or replace input clutch.

56. OIL LEAK AT BOTH ENDS OR AT ONE END OF DRUM

Replace case and shaft seals.
