HYDRAULIC PUMP REPAIR - CONTINUED

DISASSEMBLY
CAUTION
To prevent contamination from entering hydraulic system, ensure components are kept clean during disas-
sembly.
1.
Wipe clean outside of pump body and cover.
NOTE
Reference marks will ensure correct assembly of pump.
2.
Put reference marks between end cover (1) and center

cover (2) and between center cover and pump body
(3).
3.
Remove four capscrews (4), washers (5) and elbow (6)

from pump (7). Remove and discard O-ring (8).
4.
Remove plug (9) and O-ring (10) from elbow (6). Dis-
card O-ring.

Remove plug (11) and O-ring (12) from elbow (6). Discard O-ring.
6.
Remove adapter (13) and O-ring (14) from elbow (6).
