Do not extend tube farther than 4.25 in. or you will disengage tube.
h. Lengthen brace to make right side of
blade lower and left side of blade higher.
i. To tip the blade forward, lengthen brace
and move blade control lever to the left.
j. To tip the blade back, shorten brace and
move blade control lever to the right.
2-13. OPERATING TECHNIQUES FOR DOZING.
Following are suggested techniques for safe
dozing operations.
Use extra caution when crossing side hills, ridges, logs and ditches.
Tractor can tip and cause serious personal injury.
Do not operate with the blade below the maximum digging depth (18
inches below ground level). Operating below this depth may cause
damage to the blade lift cylinder.
