Connect battery cable (5) between posts of batteries (2
5
and 4) and tighten two nuts.
14.
Connect positive battery cable (3) to positive post of
battery (4) and tighten nut.
15.
Connect negative battery cable (1) to negative post of
battery (2) and tighten nut.

16.
Close battery box cover (TM 5-2410-233-10).
17.
Install floor plates (WP 0135 00).
18.
Turn battery disconnect switch to ON position (TM5-2410-233-10).
19.
Start engine (TM 5-2410-233-10) and check for proper operation.
