Quantity of wire ties may vary. Remove as needed.

REMOVE FOUR SCREWS (2), TWO WASHERS (3), FOUR CLAMPS (4), AND WIRE TIE(S) (5) AND
SET WIRING HARNESS (6) ASIDE. DISCARD WIRE TIE(S).
WARNING
W h e n removing tilt assist cables, hood must be supported to prevent damage
to hood or injury to personnel.
SUPPORT CENTER OF HOOD (7).
3.
OPEN TWO CHAIN LINKS (8) BY LOOSENING TWO NUTS (9) AND REMOVE TWO TILT ASSIST
4.
CABLES (10) FROM CHAIN LINKS (8).
CLOSE HOOD (7).
