(7) Install cam follower guide (12) on cylinder
head (3) with two new lockwashers (13)
and screws (14).
(8) Tighten screws (14) to 180 lb-In. (20.3
Nm).
NOTE
There must be a minimum of 0.005 in.
(0.13 mm) clearance between cam
follower guide and cam follower.
(9) Insert 0.005 In. (0.13 mm) feeler gage
(15) between cam follower guide (12) and
legs of cam followers (9).
(10) If there Is not enough clearance, loosen
screws (14), move guide (12), and repeat
step (9).
(11) Install exhaust valve bridges (16) on
bridge guides (17).
