Straps, tiedown (Item 41, WP 0312 00)
REMOVAL
1.
Unlock three fasteners (1) by turning counterclockwise and remove access panel (2).
2.
Remove fuse, relay, and circuit breaker holder (WP 0072 00).
3.
Locate circuit 98A on circuit breaker panel (3) and disconnect wiring harness connector from panel.
