NOTE
Position spacer between panel and bulkhead channel at bottom.
18.
Install covers (3) with washer (7), screw (6), spacer (8), washer (9), and new locknut (10).
19.
Install three washers (2) and screws (1) to covers (3).
20.
Install front cover (5) and rotate three fasteners (4) clockwise to secure in place.
