NOTE
Procedure is the same for both

1.
REMOVE and DISCARD tiedown STRAPS (1
and 2).
2.
MOVE STE/ICE-R wiring HARNESS (3)
aside.
3.
REMOVE SCREW (4) and SET BRACKET
(5) aside.
