REMOVAL
1.
Remove two capscrews (1), washers (2), lockwashers (3) and guard (4) from both sides of idler (5). Discard lockwash-
ers.
NOTE
Keep shims with respective plates for installation.
2.
Remove four capscrews (6), washers (7), two spacers (8), shims (9), strip (10) and plate (11) from both sides of idler (5).
3.
Remove two capscrews (12) and lockwashers (13) from bearing (14) and yoke (15) on both sides of idler (5). Discard
lockwashers.
