Battery disconnect switch in OFF position (TM 5-

WARNING
Turn battery disconnect switch to OFF before working on any electrical system component. Failure to fol-
low this warning could result in personal injury or damage to equipment.
NOTE
Use this procedure to replace either front or rear windshield wiper switch.
Tag wires to ensure correct installation.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove set screw (1) from switch knob (2) and remove knob from shaft of switch (3).
2.
Remove locknut (4) from switch (3) and remove switch from mounting bracket (5).
3.
Remove four wires (6) from back of switch (3).
