FAN DRIVE ASSEMBLY MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove O-ring (7) from hub (8). Discard O-ring.
2.
Remove two self-locking bolts (9) and spacer plate (10) from end of shaft (11). Discard self-locking bolts.
3.
Remove bearing (12), spacer (13) and bearing (14) from hub (8).
NOTE
Note position of seal to ensure correct installation of a new seal.
4.
Remove seal (15) from hub (8). Discard seal.
5.
Remove pulley (16) from shaft (11).
6.
Remove spacer (17) from shaft (11).
7.
Remove grease fitting (18) from bracket (19)
